Here's pretty much what happened:

You never "received" bogus intel, you manufactured it yourselves. That much was admitted.
NO! WE did not manufacture it. The members involved in that are no longer in the NFC. If you are willing to accept AUS are not the same AUS who betrayed you then you must surely be willing to accept that NFC is different seeing as you accused AUS of being the instigators.

Hardly. First, NFC only started talking when FLA/Alek/BE were poised to take VFK and JU. Second, NFC never admitted a thing to the FLA. No apologies, no explanation - nothing except a sullen acceptance of the de facto situation at hand.
I told you that I could apologise for my predecessor's decisions and actions but it would mean nothing because I wasn't apologising for myself - you accepted that. I'm STILL not privvy to all the facts so I don't see how I could possibly give you an explanation.

As for POSes going up left right and center, no one that I'm aware of has put up any new POSes. A few have upgraded or downgraded in size (as you yourself did with one of the POSes in our space). If you would care to look up FLA sovereignty on the map you will see that now nearly all of the FLA's constellation has sovereignty in it. Since it takes 6 days for the sovereignty claim to go up methinks those were put up before you gave us the ultimatum, meaning that you broke the treaty yourself. Don't be hypocritical.
Both sides believe they are right it would appear...
